Academic Excellence

Good Samaritan Elementary School of Varreux (officially "Institution Mixte Le Bon Samaritain de Varreux") has built a reputation for outstanding academic achievement despite the challenges faced by our community. Our students consistently outperform regional averages on Haïti's national examinations.

We believe that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of their economic circumstances. Our dedicated teachers work tirelessly to ensure students receive the attention and resources they need to succeed.

*Since 2014, the Haitian government discontinued standardized testing at the 6th grade level, which is currently our school's highest grade. National examinations now begin at 9th grade. We are actively working to expand our educational program to include higher grade levels, which will enable our students to participate in these important national assessments once again.
